“The cheeseburger with onion rings was fine but nothing special. The counter service was very good. The small restaurant was crowded and the stools were close to each other. The people who work there are friendly. They do a heck of carry out business.“

“We had lunch here yesterday and really enjoyed it. The hamburger steak dinner was very good and my wife had the catfish dinner which was also very good. It came with the salad bar, looked small but it had plenty and was fresh with good salad dressings. Also purchased two slices of the pie and they were excellent. The young woman serving us was excellent. The restaurant is small but plenty of seating on Monday lunch.“

JUST wonderful and so very informative about this cute little town that we are buying a home in after leaving California for good. We had a great conversation about Hennessey and life in this small town in Oklahoma. ?... And our country-fried pork chops with eggs were freaking DELICIOUS.... THANKS FOR BEING SO INVITING, THE GREAT CONVERSATION, AND THE FOOD!! WE FELT JUST LIKE FAMILY!!??? ...... and sadly it has closed as a restaurant, BUT they are reopening an antique store, kinda like an Ol' five and dime store from yesteryear.“
