“The steak was chewy this time. However, I've been here several times and usually that isn't the case. I finally took it to go and gave it to my niece, who also expressed it was oddly chewy. The staff was pleasant. The tea I first got was a very light color and the waitress changed it for me. It wasn't my best experience, but it's a great place to eat normally. I still enjoyed the time visiting with my sister and eating and just relaxing.“
“The beef tenderloin over mashed potatoes was good and very tender. The wedge salad was especially good too. We always enjoy talking to the student waiters. Overall, a night at The Atherton and dinner at the Ranchers Club is a perfect night away.“
“April 11, 2024: We have eaten here almost every year on our annual Spring trip to Stillwater. It is always good ~ service, food and atmosphere. I got the Blackened Chicken dinner again which I have had before. Delicious! It comes with a choice of sides. I got a side salad and green beans. It also comes with cheese toast and a pineapple ring.April 13, 2024: Went back to Eskimo Joe’s. Got the Blackened Chicken again but this time with fries, a huge portion! I like the potato skin being left on the fries. Also had the orange marmalade sauce with the chicken which really adds a great flavor to this meal. Also had the local (Stillwater) Iron Monk 1890 Blonde Ale craft beer in a souvenir cup and it was very good.“

“Stopped in for lunch with the family , everyone really enjoyed their food. I had the blackened shrimp tacos and they were really good, my only gripe is the seasoning was a bit bland on the tacos but still very good. Service was fantastic! My kinda place!! “I would put a 5 star but the manager had a stink attitude. Our waitress was super fast sweet and on point. She memorized everything and it was her first day. She got everything right! Even though they were super busy. The manager, apparently thought we were going to try and sneak out without paying. The app kept messing up and wouldn't let me pay on it and our receipt wouldn't get to us. It's all about communicating she could have easily asked if there was an issue instead of watching us and guarding our way out ..... Customer service skills , learn it ! Our waitress and other staff were on point as well as the food. Our waitress introduced us to two new drinks that we now absolutely love. Passion fruit mojito and strawberry mojito !“
“I like this restaurant it's not as good as several local restaurants in New Orleans, La. Where the seafood is much fresher. Freshness does shine through.
