“We had come in about a month ago or so to try the cupcakes for the first time. They were very good, and the service also!We ask about a mocha cupcake and that we would be back on a certain date to celebrate our wedding anniversary! We came back on that particular evening, not only did they have them set aside already in a box, but inside the lid of the box they had written Happy Anniversary, with little hearts all over!We very much appreciated that detail, and the service we have gotten!The owners and the staff are very friendly and helpful!Thank you for helping to make our day special!“

“This Braum's is the best! The manager on duty that day was really helpful. He didn't make a big deal when there was a problem with the card reader. When he realized I was getting embarrassed, he said the right thing to let others know it was not me and requested patience from them. In Stillwater, OK people in general are just great people. I think it's because they are Oklahoma State University Cowboys!I've been to many Braum's, but this is the BEST one.“
