“This is one of the worst Braum's, in my opinion. Very poor service. When you speak in plain English at the time of order and have to repeat back everything multiple times while cars waiting behind you is not the best way to run drive thru. Plus, the server at the windows stood so far back that I had to un-buckle to hand my money. When she handed my change back, it was done in a manner that I lost half of the change between the car and the window. The other Braum's at the west of town is far better, in my opinion.“

“Oslo, our pet pig had his annual vaccines & check up today at OSU. It's a long day for us all, as we have to drive over an hour. So we decided to get our boy an ice cream cone at Braums. My husband said the restaurant was very clean & the service was amazing! We requested less ice cream in the cone & they didn't hesitate. Normally, some places will try to convince you to get what they offer. I get that, but my pig will pack on the weight very quickly. So, my husband was relieved he didn't have to explain why. “We always order ahead with the app and just check in when we get there... It makes everything easy, and all the perks and stuff with the app help us save money so that we can stop by more often.The best location in Stillwater by our experiences, we have been coming to this location more and more as we got fed up with the others... We have less issues on average here than at the other 2 locations in town so we make a point of driving out here to this one when we can. I wish they had more car hops working, but we don't usually have to wait too long. At least here when I order something like a cherry limeade it will actually come with both the lime and the cherry in it like it is supposed to and when I order extra cherries they haven't forgotten them yet. We have started coming here a lot more as places that used to be cheap for value menu stuff like McDonald's and Wendy's are now getting ridiculously overpriced to the point that it doesn't cost much more (or is less if you do the half priced burgers on Tuesday's and half priced drinks through the app) to just come here and the food is better...“
