App seems to be down a lot. We love using the online app, but today we had to wait an hour before getting our order. The app accepted our order, but it wasn't going thru inside and it had already charged our credit card.

The last few times I've been there, the food wasn't prepared like usual. Breakfast burritos were mostly tortilla shells and everything had that "old grease" taste. One guy that was on the order mic wanted to argue about the way I phrased my order, been ordering from Sonic for over 40 years in the same wording! Loosing my desire to go to Sonic!!!
