“I have eaten here quite a bit and service is always good. This last Sunday the service was amazing. Kelly, I believe it was her first day there. She was the best server I have ever come across. With that personality and attitude she will I assure be one of the best servers that you will ever have, take care of her, she is rare to find in any industry. “I’ve always raved about the consistency of Redrocks food and the amazingness of their steak, until tonight. The Gorgonzola bleu cheese ribeye is my absolute favorite special they run. Severely dissatisfied in the quality of the steaks we received tonight. We took some friends out for dinner tonight and it was unanimous that the steak quality was seriously diminished from our previous several experiences. I had heard that there was new management; unsure if this would be the reason, the USDA grade of steak has been decreased. The cook was perfect but when your steak is as tough as a boot, it’s hard to enjoy. 3 out of 9 plates were served as ordered this visit, (majority had no substitutions) there has never been an issue in the past with this either. It’s hard to write this review when all the times I have been there have been superior quality. I hope our next visit will be redemption“

“Decided to give these a try since the reviews were great. Very disappointed . Bought 4 different types. All were on the hard side, like they were over baked or were old. We were there late afternoon, but, still they should still be fresh. Hopefully it was an off day because they are not cheap… which is ok when the quality is great..“

“We had an awesome experience at Longhorn Restaurant on E. 71st Tulsa on July 5 2025.

I want to give a glowing review for CARL, the manager at Longhorn Steakhouse.

Background story: My son was diagnosed with severe life threatening food allergies to peanut, egg, and tree nuts when he was 18 mos old. He went into anaphylactic shock necessitating a trip to the ER, when I fed him Chinese food at a restaurant. Ever since then, we always brought his food when we go out to eat cause of potential cross contamination.

He is now 13 y/o and today was his first time eating restaurant food. Carl, was so kind, accommodating, attentive and genuinely cared when answering all our questions (UNLIKE John, the general manager at Texas de Brazil in Tulsa -refer to my other review.)

Carl told us that they cook food on a separate pan with separate cooking utensils on a separate grill for their guests with food allergies and that they also have food allergy menu. Let me tell you...seeing my son happy, loving, and enjoying eating the sirloin steak and bake potato, really melted my heart. Praise God that he blessed us with people like Carl and our waitress, Destiny, who both really made this day special for my son. Customer service was phenomenal and food was delicious! Our steaks (husband and I) were juicy and tender. The icing on the cake was when Carl, out of the kindness of his heart, gave my son a company rubber bracelet, company pen, and $10 GC to commemorate the day. We will forever be patrons of this restaurant.“
