Todays Food service and workers made for a great experience and a loyal customer of me and my family. Workers smiled and were friendly in the drive thru. Inside workers said hi to us in the drive thru as they walked by. We didn't have a long wait for our food in drive thru. It was prompt and hot...and delicious. Thanks for the Excellent service Grove Arby's. Your staff rocks with a smile.
Great service today. Friendly drive thru service workers. The workers inside said hi as they walked by window. Great staff and food was excellent and hot ,so cheers to the cook as well Was asked to pull forward and our food was promptly served to us without waiting there very long. Will be back a lot because of the food and service. Thanks Grove Arby's for making the experience a pleasant one once again.
Ordered the Bacon Chicken Club sandwich, asked for the roasted chicken instead. I got a sandwich with mostly lettuce and tomatoes, NO bacon, and cold chicken. You pay extra for the “roasted chicken” and then they give you a cold sandwich that’s slapped together. I have a limited lunch time and could not wait again for 15 mins for a meal.
