There was an error in what I was charged for 2 85-cent blizzards. The total was $13.70. When I tried to correct this, the employee told me I could either pay the higher amount or go somewhere else. When I asked for a manager, the employee refused to give me a way to contact the manager and slammed the window in my face.
Love DQ! Service was extremely slow. There were only three customers in the drive-through, yet we waited in line for five minutes before we could even place our order. Took us ten minutes to get to the drive-through window only to find out; they do not sell moolatte coffee drinks. So we ordered two blizzards. Attendant at drive-through window was talking on her cell. She took our money, then abruptly turned and walked away, leaving our blizzards sitting inside on the counter....
We got blizzards. They did not turn them upside down. If they did, it would have easily fell out of the cup. The blizzard was soft and not frozen or hard. The Dairy Queen in Bentonville AR is much better.
