There was not enough staff. Most were taking care of the drive thru and this was hectic. I waited inside for around 30 minutes and finally went up to the counter and waited another 10 minutes on a simple order. This was around 7:30 pm. Not blaming the workers!! They were simply understaffed.
By far the worst McDonald's I've been to. The last three times I've been there with the grandkids have been bad. Once we waited 45 minutes for our food, couldn't leave because they already took our money. Then on Halloween we went and wanted the trick or treat buckets. A worker walked in with a stack of them then we were told they were out of them! Then today the workers wouldn't even acknowledge that we were standing there for almost 10 minutes and never got waited on. We walked...read full review
