Well we were thrilled that they finally got dream cooler in (only had 2) never have it usually, we only bought 1 didn't want to be greedy. Love the chocolate milk, ice crm. sandwiches, fudge bars, etc . Would like them to get the apricot mango sherbet back
It’s been no secret that braums has been terrible for a while. I had given up, hope that there would be any improvements at that place, but I went back this evening and I must say that there has been a huge improvement! The person taking the orders at the drive-through was speedy and kind. The new assistant manager that was at the second window where you pay was so friendly! My total wait was less than 10 minutes. Glad to see our store improving.

Place needs to be cleaned a bit more, employees working around food not wearing hairnets, condiment tabel dirty Could have been a new employee that served me, but it took him about 10 minutes to give me my total and change... and wrong order. There's no point in going back to get it right, and fries and burger cold.
