We love Braums.
Soooo dirty/messy. Employees running their dirty hands under water then wiping their hands on their dirty jeans. Nasty. One cashier working both the food and ice cream side. The manager(s) need to get this under control. One star ⭐️ given because the 🍦 is yummy.

Dirty every time I go. Tables are never clean. Employees are not happy workers or inviting, feel like they dont want to be there, which usually comes down to management, they need encouragement. Food was not the best, I've had a lot better from Braums. Also while standing waiting to be served (like nobody wanted to take my order), I saw the drive thru lady cough all over the gravy bowls she was filling...gross!!
