Waited a whole hour for a pep pizza and sausage and pep pizza. They told us 10-15 minutes then it ended up being an hour. Yall need to get new hires because the ones at this area have no idea what they’re doing. Sending ppl on breaks when you got a customer that’s been waiting a whole hour when we was told 10-15 minutes. Get some new employees for this area please.

The pizza was dry It wasn’t even cut all the way, and the pizza is not the only thing that was dry. The wings were dry. The cinnamon bites were dry. Everything was just dry and mind you I asked for extra Alfredo sauce.

I currently cannot have any form of cheese as it messes up my infants stomach but wanted a Domino's sandwich. I placed an order and specified no cheese exactly how their online model allowed as well as ordering dinner for the rest of my family. When my order was delivered, I found there was cheese on my sandwich. I called and requested they remake it and at first the manager told me she, "Didn't see where I selected no cheese" and when I found my order history and saw I said specified no cheese she said, "Oh, yeah, that's because a sandwich actually has two kinds of cheese and when you select the no cheese option it only takes off one of the cheeses." (because that makes tons of sense??) and refused to remake my food. I asked what I'm supposed to do when there's a food allergy and she got rude and told me I should call the store ahead of time to avoid that sort of thing. So now I'm out money and out dinner for something that wasn't my fault.

Didn’t get to eat there, no where online(or from what I saw in store) was it posted that they don’t accept large bills. Drove 30 minutes to get there and they wouldn’t accept legal US tender.

Very over-priced!! We got a medium veggie pizza and one bowl of Mac & Cheese. It cost $36 plus the delivery tip. The tin pan of Mac & Cheese was barely half full. The pizza was Luke warm. And that's all we ordered. No drinks or anything else. Just the medium pizza and Mac & Cheese. 40 bucks including the tip and what a rip-off!! I don't mind paying a little more for good food. But this was mediocre food and stingy portions for a lot more money than I normally pay at Eagle One Pizza where I get great food and generous portions for less money. Never again!!!

It's not Papa John's, but it's not bad. Service is good, and the food is exactly what you would expect from dominos. Which is not bad, in my opinion.
I order delivery every time. AND every time your delivery drivers go above and beyond to get it to me like a courier from Skyrim. Even if it's a few minutes late the food is still fresh and hot. However...your delivery driver got here a bit too fast this time I'll have to bring his tip up there myself since I didn't get to the ATM quick enough. 10/10 will order again

So went in yesterday ordered 3 pizzas for 23.97. Was charged three times for this purchase. Wife was told on first swipe that the machine was down she had to swipe two more times . Cause she was told the first 3 didn't go thru .. Called and spoke to the lady in charge.. She didn't have much resolution. At first tried to Blane it on my bank. But she finally admitted and said sometimes it dies happen. But still not acknowledging it was on there end and continues to say its my bank. The money will be refunded in a 3 to 5 business days .But thing is I use my card and never no issues like this . It does suck but wewill never go there again . Maybe with cash but not sure due to how it was handled. That's 50 bucks extra a tank of gasthat thru took from me and still refuse to do anything. I mean I might not be able to go to work cause that was my gas money . Then to be told it happens wrll my question is since this is a reoccurring issue that happens occasionally only at your store Why isn't it fixed ? Is it something they do to drive up numbers ? Just curious why isn't it fixed
