Asked for fresh Italian bread and was offered some that was “just made” opened the box and it was completely dried out.. so I politely let them know I don’t mind waiting for some fresh bread. I waited 15 minutes came back and was given an even older bread with oil soaking through the box very disappointed considering they usually make it fresh when requested:(

Pizza is always cold. Hot and ready is more like stale and ready. Service is always hit and miss. Atmosphere is dull. It's a very small shop. Just my experience may be different for others but I'm never greeted when I come in. In fact I quit going to them. I now go to all American.

I ordered chicken wings and they had to have come off a PIGEON. THEY WERE SO TINY NO WAY THEY WERE CHICKEN WINGS!!!!! TINY!!!!!!!! CRAZY.

Our one topping (seasoned ground beef) was so sparse it may as well have been a cheese pizza!! The one piece with the most had 4 little balls of beef. That's ridiculous!!! This is why I get take out so rarely.

Pulled up one day to get a pizza for my family . I seen the boss get real flirty with the indian guy they even kissed they are co workers and this is an unsafe enviorment and atmosphere for team and crew .i asked for a hot n ready pep Pizza was old looking like been it was cooked in a rusty pan . Do not eat here at all !! Even talked with crew members who admitted all this and said they cut roaches out of there dough instead of throw it away . I pray that upper management/ supervisor steps in . One of the crew members said her name was shelby and she is the one causing unsafe atmosphere

I’m giving a 1 on service because even though she was lovely, she still give us these pizzas that definitely should have been in the trash AFTER she looked at them. This is Extra Most Awful at best. The “cheese” pizza looks as bad as it tastes too.

Ordered 4 large pizzas and they were fresh and hot but out of the 4 in 1 that wanted but Still I was able to get what I needed.

Pizza was great . I always call it in so it will be fresh and ready when I get there . Isabella took care of me , she has great customer service skills, which is lacking in most food places. Give that lady a raise. !!!

Usually have plenty of options even with the hot and ready items and the hot and ready items aren't old or stale. The majority of the staff could benefit from a class or practicing better customer service and less attitude or causing a customer to feel like they are an inconvenience for coming to order food
