Went through the drive through and waited 10 minutes. No one said anything. So I think to myself maybe they're busy. I pull up to the window and sit 5 minutes waiting for someone. No one comes. I go inside and stand inside for another few minutes as people see me standing there. But they're playing on their phones.

Took the order wrong after repeating it correctly when it was ordered. Pizza wasn’t even cut and the other was soggy, not cooked all the way, and barely any pepperonis. Went back and got refunded for one pizza when both were wrong. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go to eagle one if you want good pizza!!!

You all are terrible at what you do. Every Time I get any kind of pizza from there, it's either very under cooked to where I have to cook it the rest of the way for it to taste ANYWHERE near what pizza should taste like, or it's been sitting on your counter for 3+ hours. It's ridiculous. Drive thru isn't worth being there, and management needs to be trained on how to be a manager.

Ordered my pizza 15 to 30 minutes. I had got there. I told them to run it through twice. I got it. It was still not done , I said what's going on here???. And then the girl acted like I was giving her a hard time and this and that and she wouldn't even send the pizza through again. She said she didn't have to remake it. And I said fine, that's what you'll have to do. And then she continued to try to push the pizza on to me worst. Customer service I've ever experienced and I was a manager there before.I will be calling corporate on them.

I had a misunderstanding why I went to this location the other day. I called back & spoke with a worker named Alex. He was super helpful, understanding & had my order freshly remade for me to pick up. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking some delicious pizza & awsome staff workers.. I will be revisiting this location again soon..& Thanks again Alex,You saved the night for me..

My crazy bread was fresh. I ordered in drive thru they said 5 mins wait so came and parked in front to wait. I had to call about 10 mins later to see what’s up. Very polite young lady with excellent phone etiquette picked up the phone and investigated why I was still waiting. She brought out a new bag with bread in it. The bread was fresh but lacked much of the buttery Parmesan topping usually slathered on it. as such, the food was so so.

Probably the worst pizza place I've been to. Wrong order everything, cold and undercooked. This order was supposed to be a pretzel crust but it wasn't, stuffed crust pepperoni but it was a thin crust and the 3 meat was just nasty.
