Was there this morning and a young man came in trying to get his food, but he had a drive-through code and the workers were disrespectful as hell told him he had to go through the drive-through cause it was a drive-through code like they need to do their jobs, they could type that code in and pull it up anywhere in that store. They’re just trying to make it harder for other people. The kid also had a gun which was legal he never touched. It never threatened nothing and they treated him like a scumbag as if he was going to shoot them over food. The manager wouldn’t give me her name hit her tag and then some dude came around back, threatening to call the cops for absolutely no reason the kid didn’t even get his food. They posted up at the door acting like they were calling the cops till he left. They need to get their shit together. Can’t treat people like that I ended up taking my service elsewhere too early for all that What could’ve been a simple task turns into them being shitty people

Just had a great experience here at this McDonalds location. Someone by the name of Shawnda (who I think was a manager) took the best care of me. I had a difficult order I was trying to place on the kiosk in the lobby and she helped me get through it, answering my dumb questions without making me feel like an idiot or an inconvenience whatsoever and I really appreciated it.
Excellent customer service where someone goes above and beyond is becoming rare in this day and age yet she stayed with me the entire time offering assistance instead of just answering a question real quick and walking away. Thank you Shawnda.

Mcdouble patty was raw
The only McDonald’s I’ve ever been to that can’t ring up a 6-piece chicken nugget meal. They do it as a 4 piece and then charge you an extra $2 for two more nuggets.
It's just ok. I do have to say though. I'm kinda sick of getting under cooked fries nearly every single time. Just let them cook and get crispy like they're supposed to be instead of rushing to cook me fresh fries that aren't done. I promise waiting an extra 2 minutes for properly cooked fries won't hurt my feelings or detract from my trip. But you know what does detract from my visit? Almost done hot fries that are soggy and limp. That is all. Thanks

Food is usually old, and to have a delivery driver come inside at 1030 pm when you have no customers in the drive thru or restaurant and sopping wet floors in the lobby is completely unnecessary. Especially when the food was already finished

Did two small mobile orders but somehow forgot an item so I was going to place it at the speaker and pay at the window but I was informed that I'd have to circle the building to do a third order. Why?? It was late at night and there was nobody behind me. Makes no sense at all. Change this stupid rule.

I used the mobile app and ordered the Pumpkin Iced Coffee this morning. I go through the drive thru, get my receipt, then at the 2nd window while waiting I hear a whole conversation that was 100% unprofessional. The workers left the window open as they yelled at each other,
“They’re ordering it on the app. We can’t make it.” Then another worker says, “Just make iced caramel macchiato!”
At this point I have common sense, I see the guy making my coffee, and I know what they’re doing. Without looking at me or saying one word my way he hands me whatever coffee he made, then the rest of the order and just walks away. Says nothing, no eye contact. It’s not hard to simply tell me, “We don’t have that coffee, want something different?” Instead you talk like I’m not there and give me stuff I didn’t order, then act like I’m not even human with no contact.
I don’t care about the coffee, just the fact I was treated like I’m stupid and not worth their time.
Have been coming here for years something is wrong every time. Or I wait 40 mins for basic items while other customers are in and out. So for now on every time something is wrong I’m going to leave 1* reviews. Prepare to see me a lot. Do better harrah McDonald’s

Thought you were supposed to have wet floor signs up for the safety of your customers. My boyfriend stopped to use the restroom and fell on his knee right when he stepped in the bathroom. Floor was very wet, no signs in sight. Not ok! Very dangerous!

This is the worst McDonald's in the world hands down the disrespect and the lack of actually doing your job is wild.. who fills large fries half way and soggy and has the nerve to put it inn the bag then when I call they had the audacity to hang up because they can't handle the truth .. lost a customer!!!
The fries were so hot and the perfect saltiness. It was the best and I’ve Carmel ice coffee was awesome .

It’s McDonald’s
Ordered our food and was pulled forward. Sat in spot 1 for 20 minutes before husband went inside. Came out after 5 min to inform me he was getting a refund since they still didn't have any part of our order ready. We ordered a crispy chicken meal, 2 double cheeseburgers, 10pc nugget and some fries. It was not busy here, even with it being dinnertime. Husband said the cashier didn't know how to reprint a receipt or do a refund properly. Miscounted his change back and pretty much said it was close enough. We spent 30+ min here and left empty-handed. Disappointed this is yet another restaurant in this town that just doesn't care about giving great service. We ended up stopping at a BBQ food truck on the way home that was incredible!
