Ordered our food and was pulled forward. Sat in spot 1 for 20 minutes before husband went inside. Came out after 5 min to inform me he was getting a refund since they still didn't have any part of our order ready. We ordered a crispy chicken meal, 2 double cheeseburgers, 10pc nugget and some fries. It was not busy here, even with it being dinnertime. Husband said the cashier didn't know how to reprint a receipt or do a refund properly. Miscounted his change back and pretty much said it was close enough. We spent 30+ min here and left empty-handed. Disappointed this is yet another restaurant in this town that just doesn't care about giving great service. We ended up stopping at a BBQ food truck on the way home that was incredible!

We went several mornings for breakfast about 8 am. We used the app and it went perfect with less than 5 minutes every time. On Sunday the manager greeted everyone personally and asked if they had all the items in their order. He runs a tight ship. In the mornings it is secure and clean.

The restaurant floors were greasy. But it was clean. The food was good although my order was wrong, this is common here but they never have an issue making the right item you ordered if you go tell them it’s wrong or missing. I would have given them a 5 star but we were missing 2 drinks, my McGriddle was made with sausage instead of of bacon and my bacon on my biscuit was so chewy and gummy so i didn’t even eat it. The friendliness helped their score.

I had a $50 order in the App on Thursday night. As soon as I get to the location and select that I have arrived it tells me McDonalds cancelled my order. I go to the counter ALL of the staff is just standing there looking at me. One girl tells a guy her are you gonna help them, he says I don’t know how. They laugh for a few seconds and then both walk off. The “manager” comes to help, I let him know my order was cancelled and he says, “ Oh yeah my bad, it’s not personal it happens to multiple people everyday.” I’m like ok so what can you do to fix it because it already charged my card. He tells me “ Hold up let me go get this Drive thru order real quick then I’ll be back” SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE ! I had to drive to Shawnee to feed my kids that night after a 12 hour work day THANKS MCDONALDS !!!
The staff at this location is rude and disrespectful. Went in to pick up a mobile order and was completely ignored for about 5 minutes. I finally ask about my order and the girl get mad She threw my order on the counter and walked off. I asked for her name but she said she doesn’t have to tell me that. Also the food is never put together properly. They just don’t care and it shows. I will drive all the way to Choctaw before I ever go in this McDonalds again.

Went for a job interview waited 35 minutes for them to tell "We forgot about you". LIKE you clearly don't need people working that bad. It's already a bad McDonald's. Food Is never that fresh. Service sucks in the restaurant

Went through the drive through 4 times and still didn’t get our order right apparently musters is a sacred commodity there but they have and abundance of ketchup and still yet would not give us a refund they just would laugh at us every time we came back through management is piss poor
