Ordered food off the app at 10:20 showed up at 10:30, and they told me my whole order was void because it was breakfast items which ended at 10:29. Place is a joke and a half. Over 1 minute for stuff I had already paid for.

I like to stop at least once a week and get a Carmel frappe on my way to work and the last 3 times, they’re in the middle of cleaning the machine at 7:30 in the morning. It’s frustrating when the morning is prime coffee time and they’re cleaning something that probably should’ve been cleaned the night before so it’s ready for the morning shift. They’ll always get me something different but I’d really like to just get what I originally paid for.

I went through thebdrive thru during breakfast rush and was back on my drive in under 5. Great service and the food was good.Parking: Could get stuck behind the drive thru line if you park.Kid-friendliness: My boys love the happy meals.

The employees have no employee bathroom. BE NICE TO ME IM ANOREXIC!!! I bought these with my own money this afternoon and let them sit there all day!!!!!!! The second picture is 7 hours later. I’m still eating them!!

I DESPISE THIS MCDONALD'S. I have been going to the Harrah location for months. They get slower every morning. SLOTH LIKE SLOWNESS!!!! I just ordered at the drive thru & had to leave without my food because the line NEVER moved. I waited TEN MINUTES. YOU SUCK HARRAH!
Probably one of the nicest, most efficient McDonald's I have ever been in, staff is courteous, food was made fast, was hot when it got to the table, store is clean, staff all working fast and efficiently. Will definitely be the store I choose

Well they finally did it. There are no grilled chicken sandwiches There are no parfaits There are no salads And for management and CEOs corporate people don't care at all. Going to take it one further and save it they just don't care about their customers anymore they're pushing the worst items possible with no regard for the health of children or individuals.They had almost broken out of that bad reputation this franchise it earned for delivering the worst least healthy fast food. Good news is by getting rid of all the healthy options they've made everything faster and less healthy so if that's what you're looking for faster and less healthy stop right in maybe once a year every couple years you stop by and get yourself a Big Mac and yeah you get the point. Eating here makes you want to make a New Year's resolution to never do so again.The good news is is that its really kid-friendly because kids don't know usually know much about health earimgt usually and they can't read labels until they're usually three or four at least.They want to make you more unhealthy. They literally gave up on health here. THE Secret is OUT there's no real chicken left at McDonald's.KIND OF MAKES YOU WONDER WHAT'S IN THE SOY BEEF THAT WAS ALWAYS AN ISSUE IN THE PAST.

The 'atmosphere' feels like a trap for each individual store when you are rating fast food chains. Unfortunately, ALL McDs look like industrial plant snack counters. But I am just speaking to this individual stores. Efforts on this order, period. It was a large order, so we got parked to wait for Chicken Mc Nuggets. Trulthfully, the wait wasn't very long... maybe 2 minutes. The employee's were all very gracious & apologetic. The Mc Nuggets, Cheeseburgers and Fries were all hot and fresh.

Staff was great, building was clean. We have made the decision that we will no longer pay for the sorry excuse that gets claimed as food. When the pickle slice is thicker than the meat patty its clear McDonald's gave up on quality food and just want to make money any way they can.
