I pulled in at 10:45 a.m. this morning and ordered "an ultimate meat and cheese burrito, just the burrito please" the voice on the speaker says "what else". I replied, "just the burrito please", and got again, "what else"..... I drove off. Listening is an art, teaching your employees to not be condescending jerks and listening skills might be too great a feat. "What else" really should be "will that be all for you today" or something that shows a little bit more respect. As someone who is management in customer service, especially if this is not the first time which I could not believe that wouldn't be I'd fire that ?

Typically love this Sonic. The service is great, but the food has gone down. Two times now I've ordered a Frito chili wrap with onions and the put jalapeños in it. Don't know where they got jalapeños on my order.They also never answer the phones so calling isn't going to help.

One time I went, I ordered a chicken dinner box. Got 3 teeny pieces of chicken that could all fit inside my palm.Another time the BLT had half of a piece of bacon and soggy lettuce.They ALWAYS forget straws and sauces from every one of my orders.Most recent, we were missing two orders of onion rings and an order of fries. Sent my kid to pick up so he doesn’t check the bags. It’s really getting ridiculous how often that happens. And why was my chicken sandwich smothered in pickles and no tomato? When did that change because it’s Gross. Also Had a hard clump of lettuce on the sandwich and no other leaves.I’ve never had an issue with the carhops there but always with the food missing. Like, who is supposed to be bagging and checking this stuff? It’s not rocket science.
This is THE SLOWEST SONIC EVER! The carhop smelled like she just got done smoking a blunt.. I ordered ahead on the app(4minutes prior to arrival) and was there 7 minutes before receiving my 3
