Heavy set lady jumped up and started chewing out the server's about sweeping the floors. Said "this is my brother's restaurant and I won't sit by and see the floors looking like this". Then proceeded to slide chairs out from our table. I had to ask her to please stop so we could enjoy our lunch. This type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. This lady was eating at another table when she injected herself into all this. Totally ruined our experience and we won't be back! She was rude, loud, boisterous and just plain mean to the servers. And then started throwing chairs around. We almost left, but the server's arrived and we ordered anyway. Ate our food and left. Again. We won't be back.

Do not recommend! Service was horrible. Not the fault of the waitstaff because they were obviously understaffed. The personnel were courteous and friendly but obviously stretched thin. The food was OK but nothing special. In spite of their creative terminology, the chicken was just fried chicken and the strips were no better than Canes or Zaxbys. This would be a 1 Star but the redeeming moment was how quickly we got our food after the ridiculously long wait to order. In summary, it's over priced average food with horrible service.

We came in the restaurant before noon on a Sunday. We were there way before the crowd came in. It took over an hour to get our food. People all around us got their food and left before we got our food. No manager working and the rest of the staff was no help. Not even a "were sorry" was spoken . If I could give less than one star I would have given it

Only complaints I have is its always to hot inside and I had to get up and go fill my drink. Had 3 girls walk by me and never said a thing while I held a empty glass at there pop machine. Then that's when I filled it myself because the waiter never came back to our table until after we were almost done eating. The food is great, the servers are always friendly when they come back. They have a live band some nights. To separate areas to sit, a bar area and 2 pool tables. Kids are welcome and the girls just love the little ones. ❤️Parking: Parking couldn't be better
Our server was terrible.She neglected to check on us the whole time.The building was underconstruction.The only person that cared about us at all was the hostess.The food was cold to touch when arriving at the table.We live locally, but will not come back.We highly do not recommend!!

They charge $1.00 for a tablespoon of Ranch Dressing. Honestly, with food prices the way they are, I am inclined to not go where they try to make more money on the little things. They don’t even offer ketchup. Also, where we sat, there were gnats flying all around us. Also, we ordered a whole bird. A whole bird should have two breasts, we got one breast cut in two. The okra, cornbread and onion rings are really good, the Mac N Cheese was dry. Probably won’t go back.
