I drove from Wichita Falls on a Friday night. If you have never been please use a GPS to find this place. There is no sign outside indicating it's a restaurant. I don't even think they have a sign on the front door. There was an hour wait to get seated. The entire town comes out to this restaurant on the weekends I think. It was worth the wait. The hush puppies are excellent and the fish is not greasy and it is light and flaky. Well worth the drive too!
Food and Service was Fantastic! As with many things in life sometimes we remember them better than they were or currently are. Bill's Catfish exceeded my memory of it. Thank you for keeping the quality so high! Who says you can't go back! If I didn't live 1,950 miles away Bill's would be a regular spot to have Dinner! The way Catfish should be served! The Billl's Way!

My mother in law brought us here today for lunch. We had about a 15 - 20 minutes wait, I understand why now. Service was excellent! The free basket of hush puppies and fill pickle slices was awesome! Hands down the best chicken livers and catfish I've had anywhere eating out! Great job!
