“Yummy food and cute place“

“I like this Braum's restaurant. At this location the servers have never gotten annoyed at me for being unfamiliar with the menu or rolled their eyes while I was waiting at the grocery checkout. It is good for making a quick stop on the highway. Braum's still has great food . My sister loves their A2 milk they switched to, but mom and I don't like the taste as well, so I wish they offered both milks.“

“I pulled up to a stall to order a caramel milkshake and large iced water with extra ice, I quickly received my order along with a sweet smile from a very friendly young man — I paid with a gift card, so he promptly took it inside and brought it back out. I took a sip of my shake, or tried anyway, to find out it was really just ice cream and caramel… not enough milk. I don’t know if there was really any milk in there at all, it didn’t look like it was blended either. I also don’t remember seeing a cherry. Well, I felt really awful for saying something and almost didn’t because he was just SO nice! I decided to, and I gently let him know what the issue was. He told me there were no worries at all, and he’ll get it to be remade. I just couldn’t get over how sweet he was! I didn’t catch his name, but he looked like a teenager. My remade shake was brought out with three cherries! Mistakes happen in fast food. School is starting back up and it’s a Friday night, so I’m sure it’s been busy. Friendly faces make all the difference, and that was the best customer service I’ve ever seen from a teenager in fast food.“
