“We LOVE going to Iggy’s when we can, we try to be fair since Wister, OK is a small town and we visit some of the other restaurants also. We love all three of them, but Iggy’s is by far a place that makes us feel like family. The atmosphere is fun and cheerful. The Service is superb. As is the food, which is delicious and hot when it comes to your table. The Owner will come out of the kitchen and greet everyone there, new visitors and the regulars. So, if you are passing through Wister Thursday through Saturday in the evening, be sure to drop in.. you will be glad you did!”

“Owned and operated by a husband and wife. The husband waits the tables and jokes around with the customers, helps his wife in the kitchen, delivers the food and the bill, and takes the money. The wife does most of the cooking. They make their own bread and they see all kinds of baked goods. It is a great place to eat.”

“First time with this restaurant and I got the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were cooked perfectly and the gravy was lump free! My husband got the bacon breakfast burrito and thought it was pretty good as well, although it was kind of cold when he arrived home with it. My only recommendation would be maybe wrapping the burritos in a foil before placing them in the box for take out orders.”

“This is one of the best donut places I have been to. Not only do they have a large assortment of donuts to choose from, but they are the most affordable donuts around. I feel like the newer donut shops overcharge for small donuts. The Donut Palacr has some of the largest donuts for under $2. If you are looking for delicious donuts, friedly service, and affordable, give this place a try. My husband had the apply fitter, and I forgot to get a picture.”

“Went on Sunday @ 12pm and was full and before left was waiting list. Food was excellent. Wife had chicken strips, daughter had chicken fried steak, sister had patty melt, and me; club with salad bar. Salad bar was excellent stocked. Waitress Maddy was AWESOME and friendly…Kid-friendliness: 4 kids from 12-6 had own table and were taken care of as well as us adults.”

“We were camping at Lake Wister State Park and we asked a local resident for recommendations on Mexican restaurants in the surrounding areas. He highly recommended Si Senor. We will certainly pass on this recommendation to anyone in the future. The food was excellent and the service was great! I got the chimichanga and my husband got a rice dish with meat, peppers, onions and tomatoes. Our food was hot and very good. If we are ever in this area again, we will definitely stop by and eat here again! Thanks Jerald for your recommendation!”

“Gave me a fair amount of Minnows also showed my daughter where they store them and let her help out. Always love a learning experience. Did not end up taking this round of Minnows to Wister Lake this time we decided to go to Cedar Lake, minnows held well into the next couple fishing trips with an air pump and a few changes of water to help of course.”

“We have always been big Don Pablo's fans, we were very sad to see it dissolve, however Tacos El Tio is a fine replacement to Dons. My wife and I have dined their twice. The atmosphere is casual, the service is excellent and the Food is delicious and flavorful. The only exception is the refried beans are more of a soup consistency, I prefer more beans. We don't drink so I can't comment on the bar, soda and tea tasted fine. We have had their tacos, los Nachos, salad entrees and the Trio Fajitas. All very tasty. We will be going back soon.”

“I stopped in this subway for a quick dinner after a long day. A young man named Caleb was extremely efficient at his job and very polite. And honestly he put together the best sub I’ve ever had from subway. 10/10”

“Some of the best tasting and truly authentic Mexican food I have found in the area. We drove all the way from Mena and were floored with how delishious it was. It doesn't have heat or air so I would suggest getting it to go, but it is worth every bit of being chilly for a few minutes while you wait. That is a very good and talented person cooking in that kitchen.”

“Ordered two American Dog meals and two chili dogs, received four chili dogs. Did not realize it until we got home (5 miles away). Pleasant people but food quality varies.”
