After not being greeted at the counter for 15 minutes and having to ask if I could order there- someone finally clocked in at 3:00 and took my order. I will say it was a little busy/ but a “Hi” we will be with you shortly - goes a long way. Now 15 minutes later - still waiting on our order. Maybe typical small town
Rather crowded with inadequate sitting. Food was good. There was a $6.99 chicken strip special advertised however it did not include a drink. Yet the same meal with a drink was only $8.29. Seems to be sketchy advertising.

I went to this Braums location in Idabel, Oklahoma. I ordered some food that was not prepared like I asked. I took the food back inside and the manager Jamie listened to my concerns and prepared the order over again in a timely manner. She was very courteous and sensitive to my concern.
