I am not from this area. I have eaten barbecue all over the country. Think of a famous barbecue place - I have probably eaten there. I have no regional bias because I love all of it. A local friend recommended we visit this local BBQ joint. Absolutely delicious and full of local character. We got our order and devoured everything before I remembered to take pictures. Fortunately we decided to order more of the daily specials (jalapeno poppers, sausages, and burnt ends) to bring back home with us.Everything was moist and delicious. The sides were great as well. Tasty BBQ sauce was provided but the meat didn't even need any.

Heard about this thru chance encounter in Broken Bow. DELICIOUS!!!! The brisket is flavorful and juicy. Love the potato salad. The elote (sp?) slaw is delicious and unique. Even the bbq sauce id noteworthy! It is only open until they run out of good. We were here at 12:45, they were already out of ribs. Friendly local atmosphere. We will be back!!!
