“The only suggestion I would have is either offer the option to individually wrap them (I had to ask about bags and also pay for extra for the bags), or a smaller box so they don’t slide everywhere in transport. “I had my first ever Crave cookie 8 months ago while traveling for business. It has been 8 months too long. I constantly rave about these cookies to everyone. My wife hears me tell her this experience like its some mythical legend. There is no Crave Cookies where I live, but I have seriously considered traveling hours just to have another Crave cookie. My 4 year old kept talking about this pink cake she was going to get for her birthday and pointed out the one she’d want. (Her birthday isn’t until march). My food was ready and we left. “I work here and love my job. Only bad thing is were not supervised, and some employees will clock out without finishing their job. Nice pay and plenty of OT if you want it, full benefits, PTO after 6 months or a year. It's mentally easy but physically exhausting.“

My standards are very simple, I really only care about how well the cookie is baked (I do not like crunchy or over baked cookies at all), and most importantly the cookie having the same amount of frosting as promised in the photos and displays. I expect and pay for my desserts to have the standard amount shown, especially if I order ahead of time on the app.

This location has consistently given me perfect cookies, they are baked soft and have the same amount of frosting as shown in the photos and on the displays. The store was very clean, employees super kind, and fast service. Exactly what you want from a Crumbl cookie store, and this one is worth the drive!“
