9oz. Hamburger Steak was inedible. It was so burnt my fork wouldn't cut it. Spanish fries were limp and soggy. The double cheeseburger was decent but had absolutely no flavor. No salt and pepper. Nothing. I'm so disappointed. Glenpool location has much better food but they are hateful and act like you are unwanted.

My partner and I go to this rons at least twice a week since we do night school down the road but at least 25% of the time they forget an item or more. They hire a bunch of young women that have great customer service skills but aren't trained properly and the old lady (I assume management) doesn't help or check over then nearly at all

Someone called me from this number and when I called it back the lady got nasty with me and hung up on me. I have never eat here and now never will. If they answer the phone like that it makes me wonder how the service would be. They have nasty people working for them.

Best rons in Tulsa hands down..Was greeted the moment. I came in very kind cashier the food was done so fast. And it is so good. Not to mention you get your money's worth... The service that I was provided today was literally out of this world...lol we need places like this on every corner instead of a mcdonald's

Food is fine. Fresh and hot. Burgers have been dry and overcooked last few times I've been. Service is non existent. They are super nice when it's time to check out. But they ain't coming back to the table unless you flag them down or go get your own refill. I will be hard pressed to visit this location again. Seems to have changed a lot since I started coming in the last 3 years.
