“I’ve always raved about the consistency of Redrocks food and the amazingness of their steak, until tonight. The Gorgonzola bleu cheese ribeye is my absolute favorite special they run. Severely dissatisfied in the quality of the steaks we received tonight. We took some friends out for dinner tonight and it was unanimous that the steak quality was seriously diminished from our previous several experiences. I had heard that there was new management; unsure if this would be the reason, the USDA grade of steak has been decreased. The cook was perfect but when your steak is as tough as a boot, it’s hard to enjoy. 3 out of 9 plates were served as ordered this visit, (majority had no substitutions) there has never been an issue in the past with this either. It’s hard to write this review when all the times I have been there have been superior quality. I hope our next visit will be redemption“

“ive been here 2xs. each time the avocado slices have been hard. why are they not cut when ripe? why is the ranch dressing packets always thin and watery?.......i just looked through the reviews and 11 months ago hard avocado was complained about as well. So if it was not fixed then i see no reason to speak to corporate“

“Really enjoyed my dinner here. Came on a Tuesday evening right after work so there very few people since I beat the dinner rush. It was a nice quite dinner with fabulous food. I had the hush puppies, bourbon salmon and blackberry bread pudding. All of it was soooo good!“
