Stop in here often on our way to OKC. Floors and bathroom often need attention. This time, the floors were pitiful, trash bins were a mess as was the drink and condiments station were very unappealing. Catsup and sauce mess on the counter.
well....... here we go again, I was setting in the drive threw line for 15 mins before I got to the speaker, and I know what your thinking well it was probably busy........ no I was the second car back. when I finally got to the speaker I set for another 5 mins before I, MYSELF said "hello?" and finally he answered me, took my order and I was on my way. service was really friendly tho and the food was excellent like always but I was missing 3 orders of fries. Have NEVER had a bad experience at a Braum's, and even though we don't live in Kingfisher, this one is our "home-town" store, visited regularly. We have 6 kids, so we'll often get 2 "Bag-o-Burgers" a couple of large fries, and a jug of orange juice, and we're able to feed the whole family for very little $$. Service is always prompt, the staff friendly, and the dining area clean (we also make a point to clean our OWN space when we're done, to help out...wish more folks would do...read full review
