The steak is the best in Oklahoma. The sides not so much. My food was just slightly warm and cold before I got 1/3 into my meal. Apparently, they lightly smoke their steaks before cooking. My steak was melt-in-your-mouth tender. The server was attentive and knew the menu well. She was well versed in taste, portion size, and preparation of the food. We had the ribeye. Poor cut of meat, with lots of silverskin and hardly any true marbling. Asked for medium rare, it was more like a medium/medium well, but without any searing or charring on the outside...tasted like it had been baked.
