As quite the coffee connoisseur this is my favorite chain coffee place in town. I personally like the taste better than Starbucks, I never have to deal with a line at the drive-thru, and the barristas always Always take amazing care of me. I wanted to try it for awhile but would pass on it for usual options. But once I took the dive I will not be going back. 11/10 would recommend.
It was our first time visiting...we had heard good things. First, it really took a good 10 minutes waiting on our order of three drinks, which seemed weird because there was no line in front of us but maybe we just missed everyone. But, honestly, I was so not happy with our coffee drinks. My caramel macchiato was lukewarm at best and there was no whipped cream and it didn't even taste like Carmel. Everything has been pretty consistent until yesterday I went and got my regular Tiger striped frozen......it was runny, not frozen more like tint blended really cold, tiny dollop of whipped cream and the taste did not hit the same.............Was so disappointed this time......I called up there immediately adter I left and they said manager would be in this morning so somebody can replace my coffee.....was not it at all. $6.82 later for a sweet liquid that was not it.
