My elderly parents went into this establishment today.
After receiving their food from a very nice gentleman. My mom went back to the counter and requested a knife and fork. The employee told her she had 93 other things to do today, and she should have asked for it when she ordered.
My Mom DIDN’T get the knife or fork so she quietly went an sit back down.
I wish she would have asked for a manager but that is her. I hope some one see’s this post and address this...read full review
I want to give a shout out to Bob at Arby’s in McAlester Oklahoma who took the time to notice Daisy, my dog, in the car gave her a nice bowl of water for the road and an extra cup with ice water to keep her hydrated during my trip home.
Employees make the business. Great job.
quality food. I had a Gyro and my husband had a Reuben.
