Wendy's is a fast-food restaurant that offers decent service and cleanliness, but inconsistent food quality. Some customers have reported being disappointed with the portion sizes and value for the price. The burgers and fries have been described as unimpressive, but the cookies are a highlight. However, the staff, particularly the manager, has been praised for their friendly and helpful attitude, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Customers have received fantastic fresh fries and good food, though some have waited forever for their order. The MOD Joyce has been described as horrible, rude, and disrespectful, while employee Bobbie is a good and helpful employee. The bathrooms were terrible with no lock on the door.
