“Braums on Carl Albert in McAlester is great; far superior to
the one on George Nigh Expressway! Good food and you actually get waited on there unlike on George Nigh where they have 10 people standing around looking at you. And it is much easier to access than the one on George Nigh!“
“Absolutely LOVE Braums milk nothing comes close to the taste or price. Most ofl the employees are super friendly and helpful. There's only one lady who complains when I request separate sacks for my milk. With arthritis my hands aren't strong enough to carry both gallons in the same sack. However I'm a customer for life ...“

“We were on our way back to the DFW and decided to get something to eat. We had been on the road for a while and we were hungry and a bit grumpy. When we pulled up, the energy immediately shifted when the first staff member took our order. She was so kind and funny while taking our order. When we pulled up to get our food, the other staff member was just as pleasant and energetic. All locations should emulate what this store is doing.“

“Just had lunch here, staff was overwhelmed with the lunch rush, yet we’re still extremely courteous, informed me when my meal was not gonna be ready as quick as possible, and overly gracious to my kids who are hungry. Obviously well managed and well trained staff.“
