“We have always been happy with the food and service here. But this time was different. I called in an order at 5:36 pm on Friday, Jan. 30. I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. My husband went to pick it up. He paid for it at 5:45. They told him it would be ready in 10 minutes. He sat at a table to wait for it. They finally gave it to him at 6:25. We ordered traditional wings. The guy I talked to said, "Boneless?" I said, "No, traditional." That was the second time I said traditional. They gave us boneless. They look like chicken nuggets. They were also very stingy with the bbq sauce. The "wings" and pizza were barely warm when he got home with them. It's less than a 5 minute drive from the restaurant to our house. I think instead of giving the order to my husband when it was ready, they just let it sit. There were other people in there who had been waiting forever for their orders, and others who didn't get the correct order.“

“Our Family always enjoyed the salad bar and lunch buffet at old location. I decided to go by and try out the new location. I was pleasantly surprised by updated facilities, friendly staff, and the fresh salad bar. Thank you for keeping the Salad Bar.“

“The pizza is good and hot. The employees are polite and clean.
The place is clean. They treat the Walmart employees very very decently.
I don't understand the low star reviews. It's easily as good or better than Pizza Hut, Papa John's, little Caesars, or Domino's. Basically any other fast food pizza.
It's a pizza joint inside Walmart.
If you want the best pizza in Shawnee you go to Georgio's or Fratellis.
You're not getting Gordon Ramsey level Zza here.

“Went in to the store it was very busy and we got the wrong order, we live in Ada so we didn't find out if was wrong until we were home. We called the store they were very polite and had already realized they'd made a mistake. This was all the way back in March. Then all the covid closures shut everything down. We stopped in again today to get some lunch on our way home from OKC, mentioned the mistake to the manager not really expecting them to do anything after so long (Chelsea? I think. Pretty blonde girl, looks like the girl from the Princess Bride. Sorry if I got your name wrong.) Super sweet and polite replaced our order with no trouble at all. I'll keep going out of my way to get my sandwiches from y'all. Thanks so much. And thank you Chelsea! (I really hope I'm getting your name right.)“

“I don’t understand the bad reviews for them, saying that they are rude because the guy who greeted me and who I also spoke to on the phone was very nice and very welcoming. I am a truck driver and I did a 34 hour reset here and yes, there is plenty of truck parking and they offer a buffet an Indian buffet from 9 AM to 5 PM And let me tell you it was very good, especially for it being a buffet very flavorful. Everything was really fresh overall very good experience and I definitely will be stopping here more often when I pass by to enjoy the food even when the buffet is not offered.. Again The restrooms were very clean. The whole place was very clean. I literally have zero complaints. Definitely stopped here if you are passing by in a car or even better as a truck driver. Again, there is plenty of parking and definitely beats having to park at a pilot or a loves, which is always packed. I guarantee you will have parking anytime of the night like I said I stayed for a 34 and both nights there was plenty of parking. Thank you to the staff for being very friendly and most definitely welcoming. I regret not getting the name of the guy who greeted me, but he is young with the gold glasses and gold earrings. He greets everyone that walks in and shows a lot of love. It’s places like that that will keep me coming back for sure.“
