Went in to the store it was very busy and we got the wrong order, we live in Ada so we didn't find out if was wrong until we were home. We called the store they were very polite and had already realized they'd made a mistake. This was all the way back in March. Then all the covid closures shut everything down. Based on the reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli has both positive and negative aspects. The restaurant is known for its sandwiches, with the Reuben sandwich and chicken salad being mentioned. The baked potato soup was good, and the Chicken Ceaser Salad had excellent dressing, fresh greens, and cheese. The signature bread is marvelous. However, some items are disappointing. The calzones are absolutely terrible, using thick flat bread with barely any protein and no flavor. The churros tasted like they were made the day before, and were cold and tough. Service is inconsistent. While some staff are extremely nice and go above and beyond, other experiences involve staff rolling their eyes, arguing on the phone, and forgetting promotions. Customers have had to remind staff about the kids eat free promotion and ask for togo boxes, only to be told they do not give them out. The restaurant is considered way too expensive and a hassle to deal with. Overall, it is a great place to eat for sandwiches, but not for other menu items.
