Arby's in Midwest City

“Arby's is one of the few fast food restaurants that I like. Yesterday evening, my husband wanted to get something from this location. It was a drive thru order. Smooth conversation at the ordering station. Pleasant, patient and clear gentleman's voice. At the window, we met this young man and I believe he is Tommye, as per the receipt. Very friendly and respectful young man. There was only one window and there were other cars behind us, so we were told to move forward in line, and wait for the food, which would be delivered to us. Didn't take long. Tommye came out with our bag of food. My husband said the deluxe beef burger ($5.79) was great. And he love the potato cakes, 3 pcs ($2.99). I didn't order any food but I had to commend on Tommye. Good customer service! Oh! They give 10% military discount, so don't forget to ask for it.“

“Came in 08/12 Tues night and the lady made us fresh fries, mozzarella sticks, and went above and beyond to fulfill our order. Hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Tried to tell the Drive-Thru guy to thank her for us but he looked dazed and confused.“
