Arby's in Oklahoma City

“We ordered on the Arby's App for the first time. It was a pleasant experience. As soon as I got there to pick up my order Ethan had it ready to go. Ethan has got to have the best customer service I have received in a long time. I know there is more of a team here at Arby's but Ethan made this place shine! A must visit 10/10!!!!“

“Good specials, usually no issues.
That said, last time I visited,I learned they'd resurrected a favorite; the Arby's Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich. Sadly, when I open it (at home), the bread to salad ratio was way off. I ended up with a half a sandwich, moving all the salad to half the bread making for a fuller, more satisfying bite.“

“I don't usually leave reviews for fast food joints, but this one is the exception. Fast, friendly service. As soon as I stepped up to the counter someone helped me right away. Friendly in a professional manner. Food didn't take much time at all to receive. Food looked great, was packaged nicely and tasted even better than I expected, probably the great service I received. I was asked all the right questions without having to ask for anything. Napkins in the bag! Facility was very clean and well organized. Plenty of lids and straws available and well organized, easy to find the right lid! Nice, large parking lot with handicap accessible parking separate from regular parking to give handicap people the ease of entering without traffic inhibiting them. There was a nice area with places for larger vehicles to park. My vehicle is too large for drive throughs so it was nice to have a space to park. I'm glad I stopped in today! Easy in and out and was made to feel like I was in the right place. I don't normally eat at Arby's but after today I will be visiting other stores during my travels to see if this place was the exception or if this is company wide!“

“Arby's has always been a place that I have enjoyed since I was a child. I just love their curly fries. Roast beef is always a classic. Every once in a while, I treat myself to a shake. My children grew up with Arby's in their lives too. A place to get some good food quickly and cost less than most other fast food restaurants. I mean, who doesn't like Arby's? Thank you Arby's for your service in our family. I hope you stay around and don't go out of business.“

“Cash made delicious ham melt for me and Christina she was awesome at the register and both of these guys they need a raise and they need to be shown by the corporation that they mean something and that they're worth something because to me they are five stars if there was a 10 Stars they would get 10 Stars 🤩“

“If Marcellus is not already the general manager of the store, he needs to be. I’ve lived next to this Arby’s for five years and I’ve never had the kind of customer service I got from him. He is top notch. If you don’t promote him, I’ll hire him myself.“

“First time visitor to this location. I ordered via the app (25% discount right off the bat!) and my order was ready when I got there. Employees were polite and friendly. I was greeted right-off-the-bat by a gentleman in the kitchen.

The food was good enough but I'm not sure I'd pay the full menu price for it. Arby's does, however, seem to be very generous with discounts for their app users. 😃“

“The curly haired girl working the drive thru in the mornings is always quick, and so sweet. And the blonde white lady who manages the night shift is my favorite person there, always goes above and beyond for me, and everything I order is always perfect and so delicious!! I go there all the time, and never have a bad experience.“

“Good food good service but the main thing that I like was a triple spicy pepper sauce and they no longer carry it. That's going to make me change my order and or go somewhere else to eat I hope they bring it back so I can return. Curly fries just aren't the same without the spicy pepper sauce“

“Pulling forward when nobody is behind us,........whyyyy?? And the cheese steak sandwich was so sloppy it was pouring out of the wrapper. We asked for double and double looked like a single with tons of onions. Can we get it without onions because it'd been alright without them and the mess. You need to provide a fork and a dish with this meal, definitely for people when we go thru drive thru, not everyone is taking their meal home!“

“I came here to get the au jus sauce for the French dip sandwich that I broke the sauce open in my bag on the way home from Bricktown Brewery. It must be very popular because they were almost out of sauce but got me some. While waiting I was hungry enough to go ahead and order a hamburger and I have to say the young man that made the hamburger made one of the best hamburgers I've eaten in a long time.“
