Arby's in Edmond

“I came to Arbys tonight craving a Ham and Cheese.... and a quiet space to work on a few things.
The staff there were incredibly kind, and consistently walking around cleaning.... which was nice to see.
My order was made fresh and was hot and really good (which was really nice!)
One young man (who I am pretty sure is the manager) was especially great with his customer service.
He had a headset and was working on drive thru orders.... while also cleaning, and creating a very professional space. Team members were talking kindly to each other, and even though it was slow, they were all cleaning tables and staying busy.
The dining room was spotless!
I am someone sho cares a lot about customer service and team members being respectful and kind to each other.
Sadly, that's not what I usually see when I go out.
That's why your place stood out and I wanted to take time to recognize your team.

“Food was awesome and hot and fast. I don't know the front counter person name( brown man)but he was very nice and sweet and very patient with me and my family. He was just so so so sweet and he was keeping his lobby clean as soon as someone left he was out cleaning. Don't let him go very hard worker there hard to find.“
