Arby's in Edmond

“This location on Broadway in Edmond has been very erratic in their service over the last two years. Sometimes great, sometimes horrible. I think it is related to the personnel who is there at any time. But very recently the service has been great. If you like redheads, Shyann is your girl. She works the drive thru. She is hotter than Dana Scully from X-Files. She has a gorgeous smile and will get you your food fast. I hope Arby's doesn't let her go and offers her a manager style position. This is the Arby's to go in this area, for the time being anyway.“

“I came to Arbys tonight craving a Ham and Cheese.... and a quiet space to work on a few things.
The staff there were incredibly kind, and consistently walking around cleaning.... which was nice to see.
My order was made fresh and was hot and really good (which was really nice!)
One young man (who I am pretty sure is the manager) was especially great with his customer service.
He had a headset and was working on drive thru orders.... while also cleaning, and creating a very professional space. Team members were talking kindly to each other, and even though it was slow, they were all cleaning tables and staying busy.
The dining room was spotless!
I am someone sho cares a lot about customer service and team members being respectful and kind to each other.
Sadly, that's not what I usually see when I go out.
That's why your place stood out and I wanted to take time to recognize your team.
