The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience! Cashier up front had a short hair and a nice smile! Food was hot and fresh and delicious! Way to go team!!!!
Let me start by saying that I totally understand that the QSR & Fast Food industry is suffering right now in regards to quality employees, and the people they hire as managers aren't capable of handling some of these stressful situations which only add to an already poor experience.Overall, my experience at Arby's was not great. I ring the bell and love the food more than I should. I mean, at the end of the day, it's Arby's ok? All "fast" food is 3 stars or less across the board at the end of the day and they all know it.
