I am always pleased with my experience at Chilis.
Don’t order off of the online app. You will get no help. If your order is not right don’t call and expect to speak to a manager because the employees will tell you they are to busy. I spent 127.00 for lunch before tip. So we will mot be ordering lunch from chilis again. We used to order chilis once a month on average.

Servers are sweet, accommodating, and absolutely phenomenal, going above and beyond to ensure everything is correct for an exceptional experience. While most meals are cooked and good, sometimes food can be a bit undercooked or cold, but the staff fixes it immediately.
