Our server, Akaisha, took this request very, very seriously and did such a wonderful job with our request. Several other ladies from the kitchen also came out and were so supportive and sweet to our family. I was focused on my son's reaction at the time and wish I had been able to thank them all more for being so thoughtful and supportive of this reveal to our son. “Yesterday was my first time eating at this restaurant and I absolutely loved it. My family was there to celebrate my nephew's birthday and they all had great things to say as well. This was around lunch time and when we arrived we were greeted and told how the ordering process works. We sat down with our menus to decide what to order then went back to order up front. The young man took time to explain the different heat levels and was patient as we gave him all of our orders. We didn't wait long for our food. Another thing I must highlight is that it was very clean. The tables were clean, silverware clean, and the bathroom was also clean. I also enjoyed the music and the whole vibe. Kudos to the manager on shift also because she truly cares not only for customers but for the employees as well and NashBird is blessed to have her. I only wish I would've gotten her name. I think she'll the one that served our food as well. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will be eating there again.“

“Tonight was our first time trying Chicken Salad Chick - at this location. We had tried the one in Edmond where Dave’s Hot Chicken is, and we liked it.

Tonight we ordered bacon, cheddar ranch, with a croissant, and then the buffalo chicken.

Both were good. We ordered two smalls and one croissant and a soda.

I went through the drive through and had to wait a bit, but everyone was friendly about it.

“7 years ago I said the Restroom was dirty, well they have really turned it around. The food is always very Good and the Service is Excellent. The restaurant is always clean including the Restroom. Great Place to have a Good Dinner and also enjoy a Excellent Sinnamon Roll which is always so good to have after dinner !“

“The staff are kind and helpful! I am physically challenged and getting in/out car can be trying. I have called and let them know that I was handicapped and asked if they could bring my online order out. They didn’t hesitate and were glad to help. It’s so nice to see that there is still kindness!“
