“Our family has always had great experiences at the Press and they make sure to take my husband’s food allergies (alpha gal syndrome) seriously- it’s one of our go to places because we never have to worry. I had a not great experience with an employee which was very surprising, but their management immediately reached out. I was really impressed by their kindness and intentionality. Our server, Akaisha, took this request very, very seriously and did such a wonderful job with our request. Several other ladies from the kitchen also came out and were so supportive and sweet to our family. I was focused on my son's reaction at the time and wish I had been able to thank them all more for being so thoughtful and supportive of this reveal to our son. “This was my first expect with chicken salad chick. It was pretty good. I'm not much of a chicken salad person but I wanted to give it a try. I ordered online and had it delivered so I can't really speak about the store. The food was incredibly fresh. I had the Greek goddess on a sandwich, a side of the buffalo ranch chicken salad and some fruit. The presentation was lovely. The Greek goddess was wonderful! The buffalo ranch had a tiny bit of heat to it. Not bad at all. If you like chicken salad, give this place a try. By the way, the packaging is adorable!“

“Yesterday was my first time eating at this restaurant and I absolutely loved it. My family was there to celebrate my nephew's birthday and they all had great things to say as well. This was around lunch time and when we arrived we were greeted and told how the ordering process works. We sat down with our menus to decide what to order then went back to order up front. The young man took time to explain the different heat levels and was patient as we gave him all of our orders. We didn't wait long for our food. Another thing I must highlight is that it was very clean. The tables were clean, silverware clean, and the bathroom was also clean. I also enjoyed the music and the whole vibe. Kudos to the manager on shift also because she truly cares not only for customers but for the employees as well and NashBird is blessed to have her. I only wish I would've gotten her name. I think she'll the one that served our food as well. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will be eating there again.“

“The staff are kind and helpful! I am physically challenged and getting in/out car can be trying. I have called and let them know that I was handicapped and asked if they could bring my online order out. They didn’t hesitate and were glad to help. It’s so nice to see that there is still kindness!“

“The staff sets this location above the rest. The lady at the counter had a very difficult couple in front of me and she navigated them though their order, language barrier, and questions expertly, and always with a smile on her face. Helped me the same. Dining room was immaculate, and food was hot and tasted freshly made, the tatse of the oil in the chicken was a little prevalent, and needed to be changed, but that's probably a me thing. Been a chef for 30 plus years, so a little sensitive to that sort of thing, the average Joe probably wouldn't pick up on it for another shift or two.“
