Good quality bread but that’s it! Visited N Classen location, no polite welcome, Thanks for coming in or even a partial smile. When my sandwich came it appeared that more than half of the ingredients fell off somewhere. When I approached the counter to question, the rude lady just stated that 3 ounces of meat was all a whole sandwich. Very small amount of lettuce, tomato and cheese. Waste of money. Not coming back!
Could you add a kids grilled cheese to the menu? I ordered one today thinking it would be a simple request. It was surprised when I was told no would love to see it added to the menu or at least have the option to order it as a special request.
I have been coming here for almost 50 years. I absolutely loved the Old Italian sandwich. I came here about a week ago and asked for my regular Old Italian with extra dressing.
It is different! The dressing has changed! I asked for the manager. She told me that they use the exact same recipe with the exact same suppliers as the previous owners.
But it isn't the same. The dressing used to have a sweet tang to it, which I loved. The new one doesn't have any sweetness...read full review
