Big family gathering. We got the biggest pack. Ribs, sliced brisket, Potato salad, BBQ beans etc. Fed everyone and had lunch the next day!! The best BBQ I've had in a long time ⌛!Second family gathering a few days later. Went back to Cowboys for more great BBQ ? ?? Thank you, Cowboys ?❣

I've never been here before but I wanted to try it out. With the pandemic going on I elected to use the drive through and took it home. I saw on the menu that they had a choice between a one slab rib dinner or a two slab dinner. Both came with sides. I noted that two slabs came with two pints of sides so I assumed that one slab would reduce the sides equally. I wanted chopped beef too so i chose the one slab dinner. Booked a private room for a birthday party. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Each family ordered their own food and our food was great!! Waitress came to check on our table several times through out the party.
