Terrible customer service, wrong order delivered via door dash and it was kitchens fault. Tried to blame door dasher picking up wrong one until they realized we ordered a large order tied in a bag! They acknowledged it was their fault but couldn’t make it right. I was unable to PICK UP so that’s the point of using door dash. Said to see manager next day. This is seafood allergy related and was supposed to be CHICKEN chimichanga but they sent SHRIMP!!! I will be taking...read full review
BUG PIECES IN OUR FRIED ICE CREAM 🤮 Thankfully we didn’t feed it to the toddlers like we planned! A WHOLE LEG, one of many. They refunded only the ice cream when we called, even though now we can’t continue to eat the rest of it. Absolutely disgusting. $60 wasted on this place.
