Wow extremely rude! Sonic on okmulgee you need to do better for real!! Been sitting here waiting to order over 20minutes after pushing the button just to get talked over, rushed n hung up on by the lady taking our order!!
Both of my last 2 orders have been wrong. Charged for items I didn’t get. Everyone gets things wrong, but service shouldn’t be so bad that you get 2 out of 2 wrong.
Received a hamburger with no meat, no cheese, no nothing. Only a bun. When I called them, they didn’t even have the decency to say I’m sorry. And I had to make another trip to pick it up. Won’t be back.... They need to fire the cook......
