We have had excellent customer service responses IF there is something that does need to be addressed. We know when we order catering, which has been several times, that there will be minimal to be concerned about as well.“

“Today I stopped by the Billy Sims barbecue in Mustang. I had been craving a delicious chopped barbecue beef sandwich for the longest time. It had been a while, but I remembered how good the Billy Sims barbecue was so stopped in there for my sandwich. I was not disappointed! Thomas was my server and I told him I just wanted a sandwich to share with my sister. He helped me pick out the perfect meat and how to order it for the best price. My sister and I are both seniors, so price does as matter… Not as much as Quality and value for the price.

“The welcome was friendly. Our waiter was professional and attentive. There was a misunderstanding between the cook and the waiter with our orders. A delay happened, food was cold but what they did next surprised me. Our waiter informed me that our food was free and they apologized for the delay. We didn't notice the delay, my daughter and I were busy talking enjoying our time. We still ate our food. I felt bad not paying. Thank you for our lunch.“

“So I went thru the drive thru on my way to picnic with my lady got our food proceeded couple miles away and bam no plastic ware I was so angry how would we eat mac and cheese so I called got the manager Pedro on the phone after he listened to my rant I asked him if he was going to bring me the plastic ware and to my surprise he said yes so I called his bluff told him where I was and thought ya right he will never show . Bout 7 mins later here he come asking if I needed the plastic ware . That's above and beyond Pedro you are what every manager in the customer service industry should strive to be thank you sir .. “What can I say? It's a Texas Roadhouse. Consistently good food at every location. I sat at the bar, and Teddy introduced herself and took my drink order. I was impressed by the way she addressed people by their name. In addition, another bartender introduced herself as well, as did the manager. The food was delicious as always, but the service was above the rest.“

“We came in and sat with Sam today! His service was phenomenal and he was such a sweet young man. The food had its issues coming from the kitchen, partially a mistake and partially the kitchen's fault. It happens, and im not upset in the slightest. Sam and the manager on duty had it taken care of lickity split. They've really mastered the art of prioritizing the dining experience, and fixing mistakes.
