“Ok listen, we eat Swadley’s often and I have to admit I was getting kind of tired of it. I had a day off during the week JUST last month, and I wanted to do something nice for my husband’s students so I decided to get them breakfast before their exam. We thought breakfast burritos would be a great idea and had no clue that Swadley’s served breakfast. I discovered that I was able to get a dozen breakfast tacos for only 36 bucks! They have 6 different options but we choose 4 bacon, 4 smoked sausage and 4 brisket. WHEN I SAY HIS CLASS RAVED AAALLLLL DAY ABOUT THOSE TACOS, I MEAN IT! I wasn’t doing it for recognition but I know how it is to test early in the morning on an empty stomach. None of us knew about the breakfast at Swadleys and we were not disappointed. I myself had a bacon taco and oh my goodness it’s delicious. The tortilla is so soft, the cheese is freshly grated, the bacon is good and crispy, AND THE HASHBROWNS ARE UH-MAZING AND SEASONED TO PERFECTION! I know have to get two things of hashbrowns. Call me greedy because they already give you a ton, but that’s how much I love them!

I couldn’t get enough, so I decided to order a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and it was mouthwatering good! I like my food hot and fresh and that’s what they give for breakfast every single time, for me at least. The biscuits are soft and buttery and it just seems like someone’s grandma makes them with love. I’m from the south, and my sister in law was considered the “biscuit lady” and I promise Swadley’s has her biscuits beat!

I am not a huge huge fan of biscuits with gravy but we just had to try it and it’s delicious too! Run and I mean RUN, DO NOT WALK or hesitate to order breakfast from Swadley’s. I cannot say enough about their breakfast! You will not be disappointed, but if you are….. sorry LOL“

“First time trying Billy Simms BBQ and we really enjoyed the ribs. Called the order in on a Saturday, late afternoon in Mustang and the order was ready for me when I arrived 10min later.
Friendly Staff was great: added extras like pickles and red onions (just in case).
The meat was falling off the bone. Tried all 3 BBQ sauces and loved them all. Also, reasonably priced.“

“Wow!!!! I never knew this place existed until about 6 weeks ago! And now a few trips later, we’ve tried a wide selection of the menu! And we love everything we have tried!!! We have always taken it home to eat, so I am sure it’s even better if you dine in!!! Seriously some of the best smoked meats, catfish, and sides I have had in a long time!!! The ribs are a must try!!!! Guarantee you once you’ve tried them, you will be hooked!!! And the catfish!!! Fresh, flavorful, and perfect! Smoked sausage, hot links, ribs, turkey, brisket!!! I cannot rave about it enough! Mac n cheese, okra, even the corn nuggets are all awesome! This is definitely a must try restaurant in OKC!!!!“

“My son and I came here for dinner. We were greeted immediately and sat at a table where we both could watch the football game. They had a TV on each wall.

We both got the Po Boyband subbed out for the toast. I got the brisket burnt ends and jalapeno cheddar sausage . My son got the pulled pork and brisket. Brisket has a nice smoke ring with good flavor. The pulled pork was pulled so fine, it was light on your mouth to eat. Both were good! Loved the jalapeno cheddar sausage! Not too spicy. I didn't like the burnt ends just because I didn't care for the BBQ sauce. My son like the hot BBQ sauce though.
If you like beer battered onion rings, theirs were great! They have fresh cut fries as well. Always my fave.
Will be back to try other things like their BBQ nachos and loaded potato. Seen some come out and mouths were drooling.
We also had the berry cobbler. It was pretty good. I would have liked more of a crispy topping, but the average joe would probably love it. It comes with ice cream.“

Not only was it fast, but it was freshly cooked, the rice was hot and fluffy, the shrimp was excellent, chicken was so moist, and the maccaroni salad had a wonderful flavor to it. Was so happy when they built a restaurant in Kansas City, MO!“

“The food here is consistently good. The level of freshness, flavor, smoke, bark, and tenderness is excellent. Portion to price ratio is outstanding, your gonna get full on less than $20 per person. I got the 2 Meat Dinner (sliced brisket and smoked turkey) and my fella got Half Rack + 2 sides each for less than $40. Leftovers for lunch today was just as good as it was last night for dinner!! “I had an early lunch with my mom at Swadley’s. The lady that rang me up and the manager very patient in ringing up my order that was difficult to ring up. After the long time it took to put in my order, I asked to use my points to get a free side. Using the points didn’t apply smoothly and held up the checkout process even more. (There wasn’t a line.) The lady that rang me up never got impatient. She was friendly through the entire process. Our server was wonderful.“

As I spoke to my husband about wishing we would have chosen a high top as offered, the manager quickly overheard and was SO sweet to make sure we got to a high top! She went above and beyond and had such a great, warm personality. Our server was excellent and professional. The food was great and we had a nice date night! Great quality and service for the price! “This is definitely worth the drive!Been to a lot of barbecue places around the Newcastle, Tuttle area and the south side of Oklahoma City, but this one is the best 4 Incredible portions and very tasty food.
