“Today I stopped by the Billy Sims barbecue in Mustang. I had been craving a delicious chopped barbecue beef sandwich for the longest time. It had been a while, but I remembered how good the Billy Sims barbecue was so stopped in there for my sandwich. I was not disappointed! Thomas was my server and I told him I just wanted a sandwich to share with my sister. He helped me pick out the perfect meat and how to order it for the best price. My sister and I are both seniors, so price does as matter… Not as much as Quality and value for the price.
Oh my goodness it was so delicious! It was the perfect serving for the two of us to enjoy a delicious lunch! Thank you, Thomas for your help, we will definitely be back!“

“Ok listen, we eat Swadley’s often and I have to admit I was getting kind of tired of it. I had a day off during the week JUST last month, and I wanted to do something nice for my husband’s students so I decided to get them breakfast before their exam. We thought breakfast burritos would be a great idea and had no clue that Swadley’s served breakfast. I discovered that I was able to get a dozen breakfast tacos for only 36 bucks! They have 6 different options but we choose 4 bacon, 4 smoked sausage and 4 brisket. WHEN I SAY HIS CLASS RAVED AAALLLLL DAY ABOUT THOSE TACOS, I MEAN IT! I wasn’t doing it for recognition but I know how it is to test early in the morning on an empty stomach. None of us knew about the breakfast at Swadleys and we were not disappointed. I myself had a bacon taco and oh my goodness it’s delicious. The tortilla is so soft, the cheese is freshly grated, the bacon is good and crispy, AND THE HASHBROWNS ARE UH-MAZING AND SEASONED TO PERFECTION! I know have to get two things of hashbrowns. Call me greedy because they already give you a ton, but that’s how much I love them!

I couldn’t get enough, so I decided to order a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and it was mouthwatering good! I like my food hot and fresh and that’s what they give for breakfast every single time, for me at least. The biscuits are soft and buttery and it just seems like someone’s grandma makes them with love. I’m from the south, and my sister in law was considered the “biscuit lady” and I promise Swadley’s has her biscuits beat!

I am not a huge huge fan of biscuits with gravy but we just had to try it and it’s delicious too! Run and I mean RUN, DO NOT WALK or hesitate to order breakfast from Swadley’s. I cannot say enough about their breakfast! You will not be disappointed, but if you are….. sorry LOL“

“My son and I came here for dinner. We were greeted immediately and sat at a table where we both could watch the football game. They had a TV on each wall.
Bring cash if you would like a 4% discount (no cc fee). Love this idea.
We both got the Po Boyband subbed out for the toast. I got the brisket burnt ends and jalapeno cheddar sausage . My son got the pulled pork and brisket. Brisket has a nice smoke ring with good flavor. The pulled pork was pulled so fine, it was light on your mouth to eat. Both were good! Loved the jalapeno cheddar sausage! Not too spicy. I didn't like the burnt ends just because I didn't care for the BBQ sauce. My son like the hot BBQ sauce though.
If you like beer battered onion rings, theirs were great! They have fresh cut fries as well. Always my fave.
Will be back to try other things like their BBQ nachos and loaded potato. Seen some come out and mouths were drooling.
We also had the berry cobbler. It was pretty good. I would have liked more of a crispy topping, but the average joe would probably love it. It comes with ice cream.“

“The food here is consistently good. The level of freshness, flavor, smoke, bark, and tenderness is excellent. Portion to price ratio is outstanding, your gonna get full on less than $20 per person. I got the 2 Meat Dinner (sliced brisket and smoked turkey) and my fella got Half Rack + 2 sides each for less than $40. Leftovers for lunch today was just as good as it was last night for dinner!! Thanks for yummy BBQ, my family really appreciates you!“

“I had an early lunch with my mom at Swadley’s. The lady that rang me up and the manager very patient in ringing up my order that was difficult to ring up. After the long time it took to put in my order, I asked to use my points to get a free side. Using the points didn’t apply smoothly and held up the checkout process even more. (There wasn’t a line.) The lady that rang me up never got impatient. She was friendly through the entire process. Our server was wonderful.“

As I spoke to my husband about wishing we would have chosen a high top as offered, the manager quickly overheard and was SO sweet to make sure we got to a high top! “What can I say? It's a Texas Roadhouse. Consistently good food at every location. I sat at the bar, and Teddy introduced herself and took my drink order. I was impressed by the way she addressed people by their name. In addition, another bartender introduced herself as well, as did the manager. The food was delicious as always, but the service was above the rest.“
