Very delicious food. Got the pulled pork and burnt ends. Have had the brisket in the past, but they were out this last visit. I recommend and would try the burnt ends if you never had them before.
As a native Virginian I always thought of BBQ as 'slopped pork in sauce'. Then I mved to Texas and learned about smoked brisket, one of my favorite meals of all. Outside of Texas its hard to find really good brisket. Billy Sims is good but not great. Then I happened to stop into PJ's in Newcastle, and chaching, just perfect and the price reasonable. Skip the sides and buy a pound of brisket, then thank me. I'll be back.

We are new to Newcastle and my family of 8 tried and loved this place! Flavorful, good portions, and all for a really great price. I know taking an order for 8 people can be a lot, but the guy was unfazed. Definitely will be a regular!
