The drinks are the BEST! If you're not in a coffee mood, but still need some energy, Jet Fuels are the way to go. There are about a million flavors for any coffee based drink, or jet fuels, and I've probably tried them all. I have yet to find one I don't like. Once, I messed up ordering a drink for my son. It was 100% MY mistake, and they still remade the drink for him. The customer service always goes above and beyond. I LOVE Flying Java!

First time to Flying Java. I try to support locals. ( I rarely come to Newcastle). I ordered a hot mocha. It was lukewarm and tasted terrible. I like to order L mocha and take home and refrigerate. I took it home and refrigerated. It was still terrible. Unfortunately I poured $7 down the drain.
We all have bad days. I’ll try again if I’m ever in Newcastle again but I’ll ask lots of questions
