“I placed my order on the app drove into town 15 minutes later and still waited another 15 minutes. Now usually I hardly wait long so I was a little annoyed because I was in a hurry.Well my carhop was Casandra ( not sure if I spelled that correctly because I called the manager to get her name) and she was very friendly and stayed that way even though I had a arrogant entitlement tone in my voice. She answered my questions and wished me a great evening and you know what, she genuinely meant it. I know stuff happens and sometimes it makes for a bad experience but good people can make bad situations tolerable. Thank you Casandra and I’m sorry if I was rude but you handled it great.“
