I placed my order on the app drove into town 15 minutes later and still waited another 15 minutes. I always order a grilled cheese with pickles on the side. Normally, the order taker enters the grilled cheese + pickles and adds a comment for the pickles to be on the side. However, this order taker added a side of jalapenos for $.60 and stated he did that because they don't have an entry for pickles. Ridiculous. We had a fantastic visit tonight at our local sonic. The young man in the drive thru window was very courteous and helpful. Food was tasty and the blast my son ordered was very good! Kudos! And wait time was quick.
