Brisket is SUPER tender, but no real flavor. Lightly snoked w/ salt and pepper. No distinct smoke profile. The tenderness is waiting on a flavor upgrade. Bbq sauce is ok. Again, a flavor upgrade would make the Brisket 5 star
What I’ve tried is pretty delicious. Nice guy and the prices are fair especially for barbecue. My only complaint is that the parking lot is a little dangerous for my corvette but other than that great place to go visit every time.
It is just takeout. The Brisket & Pulled Pork sandwiches were absolutely delicious. Big buns, lots of meat! Fries were crinkle cut & done just right, not crispy or soggy. Prices competitive. I'll definitely be back!!
